Hello there,
I will be leaving my beautiful room soon and I am offering it for somebody to take over.
THE ROOM/APARTMENT
-The room is nice (about 15sqm) and a bright. It has a small closet and a nice big king bed , as well as a desk. All the furniture is free of cost.
It is very quiet and nice!
The apartment is super bright and spacious. There is a kitchen with a counter as well as a dining area and a living room with a couch (that can turn into bed) and an armchair.
The bathroom has a bath and there is also a small closet room for all the extra stuff you may have as well as some shelves in the corridor.
The price is 400 included water, gas and maintenance/building maintenance costs.
The apartment is only to be shared with another person.
THE LOCATION
-The apartment is located about 7/8 minutes from the Pilgramgasse station, and 3 minutes from the 13A and 14A bus stops. So in about 10 minutes you can be in most hot spots of the city. And in less than 15 minutes you are at the Hauptbahnof.
5 minutes from the apartment there is an Hofer and downstairs there is a huge Eurospar and dm. So anything you need is close by.
The neighborhood is super nice as in a walk time you are in Pilgramgasse with all the shops and cafes.
