WG Zimmer 28qm, zentrale Lage, befristet, Feb. 600€

Hi, ich möchte gern ein Monat in die Schweiz gehen und deshalb mein WG Zimmer von Anfang Februar bis 5. März untervermieten. (Wir können auch einen kürzeren Zeitraum für weniger Miete vereinbaren)

Eigentlich handelt es sich um zwei Zimmer, ein Schlafzimmer (11qm) und ein für dich privat nutzbares Wohnzimmer (17qm), die nicht direkt nebeneinander liegen. In deinem Wohnzimmer und dem Rest der Wohnung darf geraucht werden, im Schlafzimmer bitte nicht.

Die Mitbewohnenden Chris, Matze und Soffi sind super lieb, wir sind wie eine Familie hier, was sehr angenehm ist, es ist dir aber sicher niemand böse wenn du dich in dem Monat nicht innigst mit allen anfreundest sondern lieber dein Ding machst. Die 3 studieren, sind auf der Suche, machen Musik und sind alle sehr offen und links (sei bitte auch eher links und chillig drauf).

Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn, in geh-Weite befinden sich unzählige Parks, Bars, Clubs, Lokale, Geschäfte, Theater, Kinos, der 1.,4.,5. und 7. Bezirk, sowie U1, U3, U4 und viele Busse und Straßenbahnen.

Die Möbel bleiben natürlich drinnen, wie auf den Fotos, du kannst gern alles nutzen.
Ich würde dir die Flächen frei machen sowie etwas Stauraum zur Verfügung stellen, das meiste meiner Sachen wird aber in den Zimmern bleiben müssen.
Ansonsten gibt es eine kleine Küche, einen großen Gang der auch als allgemeines Wohnzimmer genutzt wird, 2 Bäder und ein WC.

Hi, I would like to go to Switzerland for a month and therefore sublet my shared room from the beginning of February to March 5th. (we could also arrange a shorter amount of time for less rent)

Actually there are two rooms, a bedroom (11sqm) and a living room (17sqm) Which are both only yours, and are not directly next to each other. Smoking is allowed in your living room and the rest of the flat, but please not in the bedroom.

The roommates Chris, Matze and Soffi are super nice, we're like family here, which is very pleasant, but no one will be mad at you if you don't make close friends with everyone during the month and prefer to do your own thing. The three of them are studying, procrastinating, making music and are all very open and left-wing (please also be more left-wing and chill).

The location is amazing, within walking distance there are countless parks, bars, clubs, pubs, shops, theaters, cinemas, the 1st, 4th, 5th. and 7th district, as well as U1, U3, U4 and many buses and trams.

Of course the furniture stays inside, as in the photos, you are welcome to use everything.
I would free up the space for you and provide some storage space, but most of my things will have to stay in the rooms.
Otherwise there is a small kitchen, a large hallway which is also used as a general living room, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.
