The lovely Francisca is moving in with her boyfriend, so her lovely room is available as of June 1st.
The room comes semi-furnished, with the only thing you need to get is your own bed!
The apartment is in of these beautiful Wienzeile apartment buildings and has that old school charm. It's the apartment I grew up so it has all the things you need plus a bathtub :)
There’s also a nice living room with a big table perfect for dinner parties and game nights, as well as confy couch for cozy movie nights at home!
The apartment is in one if the best locations in town, directly in front of the U4 Kettenbrückengasse, with many supermarkets, wonderful cafes, restaurants and cool bars nearby and of course the famous Naschmarkt!
The room is to the court yard so it's super quiet and you have both - you're right in the city but have a quiet place to sleep!
grew up in the apartment but I’m currently studying in Germany and you’d be living with Insa (27) from Germany, who is studying and working at a cinema and Martina (25) from Italy working at Chanel.
They have a harmonious, easygoing vibe at home, sometimes eating together but also leaving eachother enough privacy :)
Ideally we are looking for someone lovely, chill and organised who is staying longterm…
