perfect for erasmus - furnished room (12 m2) in bright flat is looking for its human :)

Das Gebäude liegt in einer leisen Einbahnstraße, man kann also die Fenster nachts offen lassen und immer noch ruhig schlafen! :) Die Verkehrsanbindung ist trotzdem super - ganz nah sind U4 Pilgramgasse (5 min) und U3 Zieglergasse (10 min), außerdem sind in 5 min Entfernung noch die Busse 13A, 14A und 57A. Am Karlsplatz ist man in 10 Minuten, am Stephansplatz in 15 Minuten!
Supermärkte (Billa, Hofer, Spar), sowie eine Drogerie (Bipa) und eine Apotheke sind 5 Minuten entfernt.

The building is in a quiet one-way road, so you can leave the window open over night and still sleep like a baby! :) Public transport connections are amazing - U4 Pilgramgasse (5 min) und U3 Zieglergasse (10 min) are really close by, as are the busses 13A, 14A and 57A which are all 5 min away. You can be at Karlsplatz in 10min and Stephansplatz is only 15min away.
Supermarkets (Billa, Hofer, Spar), a drugstore (Bipa) and a pharmacy are all reachable by foot in 5 min.

Die einzige andere Person in der Wohnung bin ich - Dinah! :)
Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere Sprachwissenschaft, gehe aber auch 20h die Woche arbeiten und bin so viel außer Haus. Ich würde sagen, dass ich ziemlich gelassen bin und habe immer ein offenes Ohr für alles Mögliche! Ich bin selbsternannte vegetarische Küchenfee, mache Wien oft auf langen Spaziergängen unsicher, vertiefe mich gerne in Bücher, sage nicht nein zu einer Party, schaue für mein Leben gerne Serien über Hausrenovierungen und bemühe mich um einen nachhaltigen Lebensstil. Außerdem gebe ich einmal pro Woche beim Yoga-Unterricht und in Chorproben mein Bestes!

Ich wünsche mir eine liebe und offene Person, die gerne mal plaudert und mit der man von Zeit zu Zeit was unternehmen kann, die aber auch gerne ihr eigenes Ding macht. Ich würde mich auch freuen, wenn du weißt, wie man einen Staubsauger/Putzlappen verwendet ;). Diskriminierung (auf welche Art auch immer) hat in dieser Wohnung keinen Platz. Ich freue mich aber, wenn du gerne deine Ansichten und dein Wissen mit mir teilst. :)

Your only flatmate is going to be me - Dinah! :)
I'm 21 years old and study linguistics, while also going to work 20h per week, so I'm out a lot of the time. I think of myself as a person who is very easy to get along with and will happily talk about anything and everything with you. I am interested in books, sustainability, house restoration programmes, also enjoy exploring Vienna on long walks, like to work my vegetarian magic in the kitchen (or try to, at least) and usually won't say no to going out. Also, I give my best in weekly choir rehearsals and yoga classes!

I am looking for someone easy-going and open-minded who enjoys a good chat and likes to hang out every now and then but who is also happy doing their own thing. It would also be great if you knew how to use a vacuum cleaner/cleaning sponge ;). Discrimination (no matter what kind) is not welcome in this flat. But I'll be happy if you share your views and knowledge with me. :)

Das Zimmer ist momentan noch unmöbliert (siehe Fotos 2-4), ich bin aber gerade dabei, es nach und nach einzurichten. Wenn du einziehst, wird es voll ausgestattet sein - versprochen!

Auf dem ersten Foto sieht man, wie es ausgesehen hat, als ich es als Schlafzimmer verwendet habe. Du wirst also nicht genau das bekommen, was du auf dem Foto siehst, aber es wird relativ ähnlich sein. :)

The room is currently unfurnished (see photos 2-4), but I am in the process of moving furniture into it and by the time you move in, it'll be fully equipped with everything you'll need - pinky promise!

On the first photo you can see what it looked like when I used it as my bedroom - what you'll get won't be an exact replica but quite similar. :)
