Hey I'm James. I'm a singer-songwriter and creative type from London, living in this lovely apartment in the 7th district.
I'm looking for someone to join me from October onwards in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the 7th district, near the corner of Neubaugasse and Neustiftgasse.
As a musician, I tour around six months of the year, so for half of the time the entire apartment will be yours - which is why the rent for the 'room' is a little higher than some others on here.
I'm looking for someone easygoing, LGBT+ friendly (as my boyfriend from Belgium will be visiting often!), and fun.
Someone who is into music, good food, and a fun night out or two.
Ideally, I'm looking for somebody who doesn't work from home as most days/afternoons I'll be singing, recording, and writing at home.
The apartment is kitsch, interesting, quirky, and in the centre of town. I think it's a really nice vibe to live here, and very suitable for artistic, fun people.
The rent is 750 for your room + bills. The deposit is 1750.
English is a must as my German is really terrible, although I'll take some classes once I arrive!

The location is great - it's on the corner of Neubaugasse and Neustiftgasse in the heart of the 7th district. Super close to lots of supermarkets, the U3 is 5-10 mins walk, Mariahilfer not far away either. It's just great.
I'll be your flatmate. I'm a British musician who tours across Europe and the States for at least half of the year each year. So occasionally you'll have the entire flat to yourself, but that is why it is important for me to pick a trustworthy, easygoing, and safe housemate.
Day to day life is very easy for me. I work from home on music all day, and rehearse/record from home too. That's why it's best to live with someone who works outside of the home in their day-to-day, and gives me the space I need to rehearse and feel comfy doing so.
LGBTQ+ preferable, artistic/openminded people preferable. Happy to chat with you all :)
