It has 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets and an additional toilet for the guests.
The Cosy kitchen has everything you need i.e.. a dishwasher, dining table, sofa …
There is also a washing maschine available in the apartment.

There are no agent commissions to be paid. You will be renting it from the owner directly.

The 7th district is as they say the seventh heaven district of Vienna. Its only a few minutes away from the first district- the center of Vienna.
Easily accessible with the underground U3 and U6.
And it's a luxury to have a Tram No. 5 station in front of the building.

The 7th district is known for its cool independent boutiques, alternative arts and quirky home ware.
Café's and Restaurants offering all sorts of cusine from all over the world.

For your convienence there is a supermarket -(Billa) right in front of the building.
And further supermarkets just 2-3 minutes away( Hofer, Spar, Merkur..)

Das WG leben ist sehr schoen.
Mann hat alles was Mann braucht fuer ein herliches zusammen leben hier.
Ess Tisch, Sofa, sehr schoene weise EWE kueche,Geschirr, Geschirrspueller, Wasch Maschine, 2 Baeder, 3 Toiletten.....

Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind von Sweden, Slovenia, Oesterreich...
Die sind alle nette angenehme Maedels, arbeiten hart und sind sauber.
Die Gemeinsamschaftraeume sind schoen sauber immer.
