Hey! From the beginning of march we´ll have a free room in our super-central WG. The room is 22 sqm, so you´ll have plenty space to be creative. It is also pretty bright, the sun is shining the whole morning through the windows, so you already have a good start in the day, and if you´re like me and have a lot of plants, they will be super happy there. We don´t have any common space other than the kitchen, but we all have a room about 20sqm, so usually we use the room of one of us as living room. I took the bed, the couchtable, the black table, white chair, the closeth and the dresser from the girl who lived in the room before, so I would leave them there too, for a compensation of 350 (I got them for 450). We don´t have a washing machine in the apartment, but there´s one in the basement and also a dryer. We have in the kitchen everything you need (or more) because everyone who´s moved out left something there for the next generation. WC and bath are also separated.
Neubau is a district full of young people, a lot of bars, coffes and boutiques. The Mariahilfer Straße is also just five minutes away so you can get literally anything without having to take the public transport. But if not the Tram 49 is direct on the corner, it takes you to the ring an from there u can get anywhere. The bus 13A is two blocks away and the U3 7 minutes by foot, or 5 with the bus. I usually just walked everywhere because it´s all so near, like the museumsquartier about fifteen minutes, the Haus des Meeres 10, and two movie theatres too.
One of our flat mates just moved out and i´m moving out march so the wg constellation is pretty new. Carla and Alex did know each other before they moved in, so it´s for sure not awkward wit them. Carla is living there since september, she is coming from Spain. Alex moved in in january and is coming from Sweden. They both learn german at a course of the Uni Wien. Fabian is our third flat mate, he´s from austria and studying acoustic engineering. Our life is pretty uncomplicated, we all have friends and stuff to do, so we´re not hanging out so much but there´s a thing you can change if you like.
Our landlord prefers a girl, but in the end they´re sure taking someone, who they can imagine to live with.
We get the electricity Bill every 3 month, and it´s always between 35-45 euros.
8so abt 15 a month). Everything else is included in the rent.
If you feel that you´d like to get the know us, just leave a message and we´ll contact you.:)
