<Bright, cozy, and vibrant room>
The room is very bright and cozy. With nice sunlight, it’s perfect to grow plants, enjoy great weather and blue sky in the room.
It’s 26.57m^2 and it is quite big considering the cost of rent and the location(What I appreciated the most). It is great for the people who like to invite friends over or who usually do work out at home. The space is just enough to be creative to decorate and make yourself feel at home.
It is facing U6Thaliastraße station, but you have a blinder window and walls to install curtain, so you can keep your privacy:)
It has three windows and three heatings(radiator). The radiators work well and are enough to warm up the room even though the room is quite spacious.
The room will be left unfurnished, but I will leave the big closet(that you can see in the photo) and the bookshelf. You can decide whether you would like to take the bookshelf(€20) or not, but the closet would stay there at no cost.
Total rent with including all internet, gas, etc. is €520 monthly.
<Super location>
It is located very close to U6 Thaliastraße, Tram number 5,46, Bus number 48. It is really close to cool cafés, restaurants, bakeries and cultural stuff. Also, there are gyms, yoga studios nearby:)
IKEA is only 2 stations away from U6, so it’s easy to drop by there to buy anything you need for the flat.
There are Hofer and Billa in 5mins walk, and sometimes there is a small local market at 8th, which is ~8mins by foot.
Mariahilferstraße is also very close. Since it’s in the 7th, it’s easy to go anywhere by foot in 6,7,8,9th district:)
It would be nice if you are not very sensitive to noise, since it’s right next to the Gürtel and there is a bar on the groundfloor. It is not 24/7 making noise, but sometimes you can hear some music playing from the bar.
<Great flatmates>
You will be living with Amy and Tobi. Amy is from Luxembourg and Tobi is from OÖ. They are simply the nicest people. They are both studying Communication at Uni, and always welcome to have a cooking night or hang out together.
Amy has been living in this flat more than 4years and the girl who previously lived at my room also lived here for 4 years. They both loved the flat:-)
Amy is Vegan, and Tobi and I are trying to eat vegetarian/less animal product at our flat. But it’s okay if you cook non-vegetarian sometimes:)
If you are interested, please write me a brief message about yourself:)
We would like to meet you in person soon☺️
