From the beginning of January (but possible in last 10 days of December) a large room will be available in our shared apartment. (Btw we're looking for a young professional)

About the flat:
The apartment is about 160 square meters and you would share it with one girl from France, one guy from the US and one from Peru. So, quite an international vibe. Toilet and bathroom is separate and you share it only with 2 people, because Sharleyne has her own bathroom. There is also a big living room and on the 2nd floor an office area that we use for home office.
Your room would be a spacious and cosy room, it is situated on the 2nd floor, so it also feels very private. The room costs 543 Euro per month (excluding electricity/heating). I would leave the furniture (as you see it on the photos - bed, draws, side cabinet, clothes rack, mirror) in the room for an extra 300€
The apartment is located 5 minutes away from Rathaus, you can walk 10 minutes to reach the metro station U2 or use one of the many trams that are a few steps away. The area of the flat is really central and you also have many restaurants/bars around. The nearest tram is a few minutes' walk from the flat.
Your flatmates would be Mauricio, Kyle and Sharleyne. They all work full time.
We would preferably be looking for a young professional who would consider themselves as a social person. They are super friendly and also enjoy doing something together on the evenings and weekends. Since we have a small home office on the 2nd floor, we can also work together.
If you like the flat and would like to get to know us better, please contact us and we will make an appointment. The flat would be available from January and we are looking for someone who would like to stay long-term (at least 1 year).
