This is a top modern 145sqm roof top loft with 3 bedrooms. However only one will be rented (so 2 people total in the apartment). The other bedroom is for storage only. There are 2 balconies, and 70 SQM roof top terrace. Everything is very modern and new.
The room itself is 25 SQM, bright, clean, modern, with many windows (and window shades).. please the pictures. There is a bed that can be used in the bedroom as part of the price. There is storage space under the bed (shelves) and there is a place to hang your clothes as well.
The occupant will have a separate own modern bathroom with rainfall shower head. Of course there is a washing machine, a dish washer etc. (all new). There is a cleaning woman who comes every 2 weeks
There is a BBQ for use, and other amenities. The house is full of plants, so it is very alive and vibrant.
Spring is coming and so is summer... why would you leave the terrace but if you do
There is a tram 33 and 5 that stop directly in front of the house. There are 1 other trams within 2 minutes walking distance, number 2, The Ubahn , U6 Josefstattader strasse is 3 minutes by foot and the U2 Rathaus is 7 minutes by foot.
The area is full of restaurants, cafes, and bars and very alive. There is a Billa, Bipa, Spar, Tchibo, Pharmacy and all other stores needed all within 2 to 4 minutes walk from the house. You can walk to the first district in 10 minutes.
Essentially you are in the middle of the city.
I am the Marek, I am Canadian, living in Vienna for a long time. I travel a lot and work in the IT space. I am an avid mountain biker, down hill and cross country. I play touch rugby, enjoy cross fit, like cooking, news ( but we dont have to talk about it :-)). I am generally very active and try to be out of the house as much as possible
My last room mate (and best friend) has moved out about a 1.5 years ago. I have been travelling and so have not had the time to look for someone new. I am generally quiet but not against the occasional small party, dinner or BBQ. What is important is that the house remains clean and that the other tenant is respectful, and open minded. No FPO, right wing, super religious people please. I respect all things but I would rather live with someone who is more like minded.
Otherwise I am not very complicated and I would prefer the person moving in to be also easy going.
