You'll enjoy a comfortable apartment in a classical Viennese old building, in a charming and traditional city center location, just next to the city hall, one of the major places of Vienna with excellent links to public transportation.

The apartment is well laid out and designed with in a modern style wit great light fixtures. You'll find a well-equipped kitchenette with smaller breakfast table, a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a separate bathtub, an additional powder room and the very nice lounge room with a big sofa and a dinner table. In the three bedrooms you have enough place for your clothes and the sleeping booth.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The master bedroom is next to the lounge area with an ubber comfortable 160cm-mattress and a desk. The two other bedrooms also have a double bed mattress. You'll find a sofa, which would be suitable for one person in case two friends prefer to have separate sleeping areas.

RESTAURANTS, BARS & CAFES:
There are sooo many of them. Just next to the street you'll find a traditional, old Viennese coffee house. Some of my favorites are located in Museum Quarter (15 walking minutes) - one of the world's leading cultural complexes, but also a popular outdoor recreation area with numerous restaurants and cafés. an area. Also Naschmarkt with great culinary highlights is easily reachable (10 minute walk) and Mariahilfer Strasse with plenty of places like "DOTS- EXPERIMENTAL SUSHI", "FREIRAUM", "WEIN&CO", "LUTZ" is just a short stroll away.

SHOPPING:
The 7th district is very popular for shopping - one of the most important and popular shopping streets is just 10 walking minutes from the apartment: Mariahilfer Strasse with several department stores and most well-known fashion retailers. There are also loads of small and independent labels and boutiques spread across the sixth and the seventh district. Check out "7tm Vienna" online for more details on these smaller shops.

THE HISTORIC CITY CENTER:
The historic city center - Viennas first district - is easily reachable by tube. It takes you just six minutes to get to Stephansplatz.

There are also various grocery stores, where you can buy some breakfast essentials, drinks and everything you need. The closest one is just infront of the apartment less than a minute of walk.
