Your room is with the window facing the courtyard of the house. So, if you can sleep only at a low noise level and bearable summer temperatures, you will definitely feel comfortable here. Since the apartment is an old building, you can hear the above neighbors walking around from time to time. The room is unfurnished, but has an integrated closet.

U4, the trams D, 33 and 5 are within 5min walking distance. Spar, Billa and Hofer are about 6min away. Unorganized people, like me (Chris), whose fridge is allways empty on Sundays, can go to the Billa at Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof (open every day from 6:00 to 22:00). For all athletes among you, I recommend the Donau Kanal (2min walk).

Greetings to you, seeker of apartments,
We, Erkam and Christoph, are looking for a flatmate. The apartment, 91m2, consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, entrance area and living room.
About Chris:
I am 28 years old, originally from Germany, and migrated to Vienna about eight years ago as an educational refugee. Despite having dropped out of two bachelor degrees (sociology and psychology), I still don't want to call myself a permanent student. Since 2018, I am now studying computer science. My free time activities include hiking, cycling, playing video games, playing the piano, reading, etc. But I also always like to expand my horizons. Since recently I am also a food sharer. So I can also provide free food ;). In general I try to live sustainable, but I still have to work on myself on that front. So it would be quite desirable if you were not completely indifferent to the issue of climate / environmental protection. Of course I don't expect that you have to live vegan like me (I'm not that strict :)). But it would simply be important to me that, for example, the tap does not run all the time when you are in the bathroom. I think you understand what I mean. Since I'm an avid BVB fan and often follow the Bundesliga on Saturdays, you might hear some swearing or cheering from time to time. Since I can sometimes not out of my skin :D. But I will pull myself together.
About Erkam:
I am a 26-year-old English major studying at the University of Vienna. I came to Austria when I was 19 from Ankara, Turkey. Next to my studies, I am working at a store called Cyberport in Westbahnhof for 30h per week, so I am usually quite busy either studying or working.
I like going to bed early and waking up early. I am a tea person (especially green tea) but I occasionally also enjoy going for a coffee when I meet friends that I haven’t seen over a long period of time.
I enjoy playing ukulele in my room and sing when I take a pause from learning, also enjoy playing guitar and piano. I love reading (no shit literature student) and I sometimes talk to my plants, so don’t freak out if you hear me talking in my room when I am alone :).
I have a treadmill in my room, so I run from time to time. Apart from that, I like cycling around town or going for a swim. I do meal-prep so I cook usually once a week, since it is time- and money-saving. But Chris and I enjoy cooking together from time to time.
WG Life:
Erkam and I are not only roommates who live next door, but also two friends who have a very open communication, whether it's about housing-related stuff or private life. We are there for each other and support each other. On the other hand, it's very important for us to respect each other's lives and show mutual understanding. Therefore, it just feels natural when we are there for each other. We are very helpful and adaptable, and look forward to the heartful, kind company of you.
