I am moving away from Vienna and searching for a nice person or a couple that would love to live here.
The apartment is really nice, old Vienna style with really high ceilings. A bit old, but with a lot of character :)!
It has a nice big kitchen. Fully equipped! A wide hallway/entrance where we hang the laundry and have been planing to keep some plants for a while :) (Those mattresses will soon be gone.)
The bathroom is quite big, with a nice shower and a washing machine.
The room is 25 m2, really big and bright, the windows take the sunshine until the afternoon (that makes the long winter less dark and cold). If you organise it well you can have a living room, an office, a bedroom, a gym, and a library in one, as l did. :)
I am trying to sell most of the furniture, so if you would like something to stay in the room we are happy to find an agreement.
The price of 500€ includes everything: rent, energy, heating, internet.
Lage
The location of the flat is one of its best features! It is in the 9th District, right next to the Volksoper. It is a beautiful area, you have everything you need just a few minutes of a walk away.
It's really well connected: 2 min walking distance there is an underground station, Währingerstrasse (U6). In the other direction there are plenty of bus and tram that take you to the city center (Schottentor-Central University) in less than 10 minutes. You will reach the Donau Kanal in just 2 tram stops!
There are plenty of grocery stores: Billa (at the same street), Spar 5 min, and Hofer 5 min walking distance.
Behind the corner, there is a small beautiful square (Sobiesky Platz) with a really nice restaurant with outside space under the trees that makes homemade beer, and across the square, there is a wine bar :)

WG-Leben
You will share the flat with Giulia, an Italian student at the WU, and Amanda from Singapore, a Ph.D. student at the medical university. They are super nice, open, friendly, and chill!
We have all really different schedules, but here and there we like to organise a dinner and drink a beer altogether. Of course, everyone has his/her own space and privacy, it's very important for us to respect each other and the common area of the house and if there is a problem, it's always better just talk and solve the misunderstanding.
