Das Zimmer hat mit 18 qm eine angenehme Größe.
Es verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank für viel Stauraum (150x240 Meter). Neben dem Kleiderschank steht das Bett (90x200). Zusätzlich gibt eine gemütliche Couch mit Blick in den grünen Innenhof. Vom Schreibtisch aus schaust du in einen schönen hohen Baum der im Innenhof steht. Das Fenster ist schallschutzisoliert und verfügt über ein Fliegengitter welches im Sommer herunter gezogen werden kann.
Im Eingangsbereich findest du einen kleinen Esstisch mit zwei Sesseln.

Die Wohnung betrittst Du über einen Flur mit Garderobe von dem aus alle folgenden Zimmer zentral abgehen :

The room is a pleasant size at 18 square meters.
It has a large wardrobe for plenty of storage space (150x240 meters). The bed (90x200) is next to the wardrobe. There is also a comfortable couch with a view of the green courtyard. From the desk you look into a beautiful, tall tree that stands in the courtyard. The window is soundproofed and has a fly screen which can be pulled down in summer.
In the entrance area you will find a small dining table with two armchairs.

Here is some more information about the apartment itself:
You enter the apartment via a hallway with a cloakroom from which all of the following rooms lead centrally:
- the fully equipped kitchen with window into the green courtyard
- the shower bathroom with washing machine and toilet which also opens into the inner courtyard
- a separate toilet
- Room 1 with 25 square meters where Sofia lives
- Room 2 with 18 square meters which is advertised here


The house itself was renovated with thermal insulation. All windows are equipped with soundproofing/insulating glass.
