Helles WG Zimmer (22m2) im Altbau KURZFRISTIG - Bright room (22m2) in flat share SHORT-TERM

Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock eines Altbauhauses neben dem Antonsplatz. Die U1 (Troststraße oder Reumannplatz) und Straßenbahnen 6 und 11 sind in 5 Minuten erreicht, diverse Buslinien fahren auch hier vorbei. Wir haben ein Billa und Bipa gleich in der Nähe, ein Paar Minuten entfernt sind auch Spar, DM, eine Postfiliale, Penny, Action, eine Apotheke… Zur Erholung ist man öffentlich oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell im Laaer Wald, Kurpark Oberlaa oder am Wienerberg. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe (z.B. Mr Nam gleich nebenan) und einige Supermärkte, die auch sonn- und feiertags offen haben.

The flat is on the first floor (US second floor) of our building near Antonspaltz. The U1 (Troststraße and Reumannplatz) and the trams 6 and 11 are within 5 minutes' walk. There are also multiple bus lines. We have a Billa and a Bipa just down the road, a bit further away are a Spar, DM, post office, Penny, Action, pharmacy... You can reach the lovely green spaces Laaer Forest, Oberlaa Park and Wienerberg pretty quickly either on bike or with public transport. There are also plenty of restaurants (such as Mr. Nam right nextdoor) and supermarkets around, some of which are also open on Sundays and bank holidays.

Ich, Sarah, wohne seit 2,5 Jahren in der WG. Ich mag es eher ruhig, obwohl ich auch gerne Gäste einlade. Ich bin tagsüber im Kindergarten oder in der Schule und muss auch viel lernen. Ich möchte aber gerne Zeit mit dir verbringen - gemeinsam kochen, Karten- oder Brettspiele spielen, spazieren gehen… Ich komme ursprünglich aus England, wohne schon einige Jahre in Wien :)

Erica ist eine süße und teilweise schüchterne Tigerkätzin, die die ganze Wohnung als ihr Reich betrachtet. Daher ist es wichtig, dass du tierlieb bist, und dass es dich nicht stört, wenn Erica auch Zeit in deinem Zimmer verbringen möchte. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die gerne mit Erica interagiert, weil sie viel Liebe braucht :)

Wir würden uns über eine:n Mitbewohner:in freuen, die:der keine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern ein neues Zuhause. Wir sind gegen alle Formen von Diskriminierung :)

I, Sarah. have been living here for around 2.5 years. I like it quiet, but I also enjoy having friends over. Most days I am in school or in the kindergarten, and I also have to study and revise a lot. I am, however, looking forward to spending time with you - cooking together, playing games, going for walks... I am originally from England, but I have been living in Vienna for several years now :)

Erica is a sweet and sometimes shy tabby cat, who sees the whole flat as her territory. For this reason, it is important to us that your like animals and is happy for Erica to spend time in your room. We would love a person who wants to interact with Erica, as she needs lots of love :)

We are looking for a flat mate who wants to find a new home, not just somewhere to stay. We are against all forms of discrimination :)

Wohnungsbesichtigungen gehen grundsätzlich Montag ab 15h, Di.-Fr. am Abend, Wochenende eher flexibel. Online auch möglich!

You can usually visit us Monday from 3pm, Tuesday-Friday evenings and at the weekends we are normally quite flexible. Online is also possible!
