Flat is lovely and clean as is the room. There's a big storage cupboard and its on the 11th floor so there is a beautiful view! The flat is very pleasant and my/your flatmates are friendly! The room itself is spacious and quiet. It is furnished with a desk, mirror, wardrobe, bed and storage shelves. The bed is particularly comfy and there's lots of room to store things not only in the wardrobe and storage shelves but also in the drawers under the bed.
The only thing of note is that your window is a window to the balcony (not the outside). It does have direct daylight and air access from the balcony, however the balcony is only accessible through another bedroom. You can see this in the photos. I didn't find this a bother, and its very easy to agree on usage of the balcony/closing of shutters with the flatmate in the room! However if this is not for you that's ok :))) Also the washing machines are shared and downstairs (1euro per wash, its very easy).
As for moving in dates, I am fairly flexible as to how soon you move in and could move out by the end of the week. However I would be looking for you to pick up the rent by the 15th august. After this I would be looking for you to takeover the room (as I'm currently paying 2 rents which is very expensive)! I've had a wonderful time living in the flat and am moving out to be closer to work (I used to be very close to uni in this flat so it was perfect before I graduated).

Location is in Favoriten.
As for transport its next to/5minutes away (depending on your direction) to the 7a bus stop which gets your directly to the U1. Its 5 minutes away from the 6 tram. 8 minutes away from the 11/O tram and 10 minutes away from the 1 tram which get you directly into the centre of town.
There is a Spar(s), Hofer, Billa, BIPA and Etsan all under 10 minutes walk away. The area is generally clean and nice.
We're all graduate students in the flat and are friendly and respectful of each other! We mainly work a fair bit and are out and about!
Both the other flatmates speak German and English (one also speaks Hungarian), I sadly only speak English at the moment! I'll pass you on to speak to them if I think you would be a good match!
