Hi everyone,
my partner and I are moving out on the 1st of November and are looking for geart people to rent our 2 rooms in this beautiful apartment.
It is a spacious and modern apartment of approx 115 m2 with a large private Balcony of approx 12 m2, a lockable cellar compartment as well as access to the private walk-up rooftop ( more than 200m2!!). There you will find both plantable raised beds, as well as a barbecue and cozy corner. Great for WG parties or barbecues outdoors :D!
A large and bright eat-in kitchen with access to its own balcony, pull-out screen and a 5.1 Dolby-Suround system offers plenty of opportunities for relaxing or hosting game or cooking nights! The bright designer kitchen includes a gas range with oven, sink and dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and ample surface area for cooking.
Furthermore, the apartment offers an entrance area with anteroom, a storage room, separate WC and a large bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks with cabinet, dryer and washing machine and lightning fast internet.
Room 1: ca 17 m2
The room is located on the west side and is quite large with a huge window.
Room 2: ca 12 m2
A slightly smaller room with a window. Very cozy. Facing the inner courtyard.
Great location and connection to the public transport:
- You´ll have Tramlines 1 and 6 in the immediate vicinity, bus lines 7A, 14A , 65 A and N6 as well as S-Bahn station Matzleinsdorferplatz within 10 minutes walking distance.

- Tramline 1 goes directly to the city-center and to the uni vienna. Furthermore there are a doctor, a Cleverfit-Gym, a pharmacy, Hofer, Billa, dm, Bipa, Spar, and the best Dönermann in Vienna "Miskebap"!
- Your flatmate Christoph is a very kind IT-guy and wine connoisseur, who mostly works in the home office, but also travels a lot or stays at his girfriend's place! He is a passionate cook, likes board and pc games and good movies/books.
-We did a lot of movie nights and boardgames evenings as well as themes WG brunches.
- He loves to build stuff as well and therefore we crafted the roof top bar and the garden out of scarp wood :D
- The kitchen, bathroom and toilet are already furnished. Furniture from room 1 and 2 can be taken per request!
