Coole und moderne Lage in aufstrebender Bezirk!
Der Bezirk entwickelt sich ständig weiter und bietet tolle Angebote für die Freizeitbeschäftigung und vieles mehr.
Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermärkte , Bäcker, etc..) befinden sich in Gehweite.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: U4 Margaretengürtel/ U6 Längenfeldgasse sind ca. 300 Meter entfernt und Straßenbahnlinie 6er und 18er hält auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, mit dem man schnell am Hbf oder am Westbahnhof ist.. In den 5ten Bezirk sind sind es auch nichtmal 300 Meter.
Trotzdem ist die Kollmayergasse, in der die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und läßt einem seine Ruhe.

Everything you need in daily life - supermarkets, bakery and other shops are only a few minutes walking
The public transport is nearby - U4 Margaretenfürtel/ U6 Längenfeldgasse are both only 300metres away and the trams 6er and 18er are almost in front of the house, so you quite quick at the main train station or westbahnhof. The 5th/6th and 15th district are all very near and easily reachable by foot. The Kollmayergasse, where the flat is located is a very calm street, and lets you have your relaxation.

Dein Mitbewohner ist Tobias. Er ist 29 Jahre alt und schon voll im Berufsleben.Er arbeitet viel, versucht aber trotzdem sein Leben in vollsten Zügen zu genießen - durch guten Essen ( er kocht und isst sehr gerne - und hält seinen Weinkühlschrank (!) auch gerne mit guten Weinen bestückt- Er wird sicher auch öfters Leute zum Essen und Trinken einladen , er hört gerne Musik (hat eine recht große Plattensammlung), schaut gerne Filme (Art House meistens) auf dem Beamer im Wohnzimmer. Sonst geht er gerne sporteln, Wandern manchmal auch noch gerne Feiern und ein paar mal pro Jahr ist er auch auf Reisen - desto exotischer desto besser. Eine seiner Lieblingsdestionation ist sicher Lateinamerika.

Your roomie is going to be Tobias. He is 29 years old and already really engaged into the professional life. He is working a lot but he still loves enjoying life - through food and drink - and always has some good bottles of wine in his wine fridge (!) He loves to cook and to invite people for fun nights drinking and eating. He loves music (all kinds - from electronic, jazz, southamerican ...) and movies (art house mostly) which he watches in the beamer in the living room. Beside that he likes sport, hiking in the mountains, and some times if the work allows he goes clubbing. And a few times a year travelling - mix of backpacking, hiking, motor biking ... One of his favorite destinations is for sure Latin America.

Ich hab schon viel zu allem gesagt. Es ist eine geile Wohnung in der man sicher sehr viel Spaß haben kann wenn es sich leisten kann/ will. Ich bin ein Mensch der gerne Spaß hat und gesellig bin aber auch ab und an meine Ruhe brauche, und ich suche jemanden ähnlichen der das respektiert aber mit dem man aber vielleicht auch viele Sachen unternehmen kann. Falls dich interessiert melde dich, damit man mal persönlich reden kann.

I have said a lot about everything. I think that the flat is amazing and that you can have so much fun there if you want/can afford it. I am a guy who loves fun and who is social but sometimes I need time for work or for me, and I am looking for some one similiar who respects that but who I still can have a lot of fun with and do a lot of things.
