Hei peeps! 😀
We have a free room for 1 month (1st of April until max 7th of May) in our awesome flat and are looking for an open mindend person who needs a place to stay in Vienna. Johanna is working abroad and you can stay in her completely furnished and sunny room. There is everything you need, even bedsheets and towels and old fashioned radio+CDs ;-) so you can just move in with your suitcase. In the small closet that belongs to the room Johanna will stow her personal stuff and if you don´t mind she will leave her books and musicsheets (she is a singer;-) on the shelf. You share the bathroom with Maga and you can hang out in the big kitchen and living room and of course on the huge terrace with everybody! :-D
The rent is ALL IN (also WiFi and homemade bread and organic vegetables!) and of course you can use everything: dishwasher, steam cooker, washing mashine, printer, piano, beamer and even Johannas BICYCLE! Plus: everybody will be jealous of your flat ;-)
PS: this room will also be free in July and August
If you come to spend some time in Vienna we can give you a cosy place to make you feel like home and have a great time in the city. We enjoy having new people around and have dinner together!
The flat has about 130m² on two floors with 4 seperate rooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a big, sunny living room and a huge private rooftop terrace (70qm) on the third floor. The current project is to make the rooftop terrace ready for spring and add a lot of plants! You are welcome to join in that :-)

you can get everywhere easily and fast from here, the tram (52, 60) is right in front of the house
We live close to the big train station Westbahnhof (6 min walking distance or 2 tram stops) where you have U6 & U3, a lot of trams (5, 6, 9, 18, 49), busses and of course trains :-). There is another metro stop even closer (U6 Gumpendorfer Straße - 5 min walking distance), so you can move around the city easily and quickly.
There are nice shops, restaurants and bars around, and the famous castle Schönbrunn with its beautiful park is not far.
We are Maga (30), Georg (28) and Tereza (28),
Maga (Margarita) is a German teacher, so she will love to teach you ;-) In general, she loves languages and will ask you a lot of strange things about yours :P She lived and worked in Rome, Berlin and Mexico and just returned from a 6-month India working and travelling experience. She would love to have some party company and is always in for crazy activities and hangouts!!
Georg is a tour manager for various bands so he usually is on the road a lot. He loves cooking and he loves even more when there are people he can cook for. He is an expert on traditional Austrian dishes, so expect good food! :-) The deal is: he cooks, we eat :D He can also show you around Vienna and tell you stories about each and every single building!
Tereza is with us since autumn 2022 and studying Social Design at "Universität für Angewandte Kunst" in Vienna. She runs a graphic design agency in Slovakia which is working with people who deal with disabilities and was recently building an awesome vending machine for ceramics!
We'd love to get to know you and spend time with you. You'll always be welcome to join any activity, but we are totally fine if you prefer not to. There are dinner parties, movie nights (there is a projector in the living room) or we just hang out in the living room, we have guests over (friends, family, couchsurfing,..) but everybody is also traveling pretty much due to work & family so there's both lively and quiet times in this house and everybody can get their space and alone time, of course.
CLEANING: We are 4 people and everybody wants to use the kitchen 🙏 so the rule is: Everybody cleans up after themselves. Please keep everything tidy, don't leave your dishes and clean right away after cooking/eating (there is a dishwasher). We give the flat a cleaning every week (everybody does a part). We have a very handsome vacuum cleaner! ;-)
No smoking in the flat, just on the terrace.
