I am looking to rent out my two big rooms in central Vienna during the time I will be away in Southamerica and Spain.
I am leaving early on November 2. to Argentina, so the rooms will be completely free from this time, but you could also move in some days before that and sleep in one of the rooms.
Both rooms are connected and stretch through the whole wing of the building, one side east facing and super quiet cause facing the house patio, the other room is on the street side facing west, but also quiet cause the the street is a dead end - so no drive through traffic and 3rd floor.
Both rooms come with all furniture and are free to use of course, I just have to put some of my stuff somewhere.. but I don't have too much and also can store lots of it in the cellar, so there should be more than enough space for 2 people or more. The bedroom has a big office desk, piano, HiFi station, big flatscreen TV, private wash-closet (for brushing teeth etc.), big wardrobe, softwood flooring (super nice to walk around barefoot), and some shelfs/carpets, and of course the huge bed of 2x2m.
The second room so far was used like a living room/atelier, with a sleeping couch, sleeping chair, massage chair, big desk for doing projects and a huge storage unit for tools and machines.
Both rooms have the same size, around 21sqm, the street facing room is only accesable through the bedroom.
U could easily use both rooms a bedrooms or however you would wish. The Bed is surrounded by big curtains for more privacy if needed.
The apartment is on 3rd floor, with elevator. Infront of the house is the Subway-Station Schweglerstrasse U3 - which will connect you with most of important city places directly. Also there are bus and tram stations very close by. Central Vienna is also reachable by walking around 15min, or by bike in a view minutes.
I love the location of the apartment, and 15th is a colorful and mixed district with lots of restaurants and pubs. But still quiet in the night.
Most of the time the apartment is shared by 3 people, me (Martin) and Venkat are the main inhabitants, and another rooms is mostly rent out for 6 months to welcome internationals and get to know more people and stories.
Currently we are also looking for somebody who will live in this room starting from September 1 (see other announcement)
I will be gone so I guess we won't have much time together, but Venkat will stay in the apartment.
We are both working and value privacy high, keep the common rooms tidy, but also enjoy some walks, beer, restaurant, table tennis or Badminton together when there is time. Very open minded, and expect the same from you when it comes to ethnics, religion, gender, sexuality ... , but in general very easy going.
Rent includes Internet, Heating, Water, Electricity.. so no additional costs.
The time-Slots is the most available time, also shorter periods or later move in dates are possible.

I Think the room is great for one person who needs a lot of space, a couple/thriple or two good friends who don't mind a walk-through room.
