Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an die Öffis angebunden und ermöglicht durch die Nähe zu U4 und U6 eine rasche Anbindung an viele Teile Wiens.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Minuten Fußweg) befindet sich die U4-Station Meidling Hauptstraße mit zahlreichen Busverbindungen.
Etwa 5-7 Minuten Fußweg ist die U6/U4-Station Längenfeldgasse entfernt, von der man sehr schnell zum Westbahnhof und zum Bahnhof Meidling kommt.
Die Versorgung mit Supermärkten ist ausgezeichnet, mit Billa, Spar und Penny in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt unter der Wohnung befindet sich ein türkischer Supermarkt, der oft auch an Sonntagen oder Feiertagen geöffnet hat. Für Nachtlebenbegeisterte bietet der Wiener Gürtel und der Club U4 zahlreiche Möglichkeiten.
Auch der Schlosspark Schönbrunn und der Auer-Welsbach-Park sind nicht weit weg und werden von mir immer gerne für Spaziergänge und Laufrunden genutzt.

The apartment is very well connected to public transportation, allowing for quick access to many parts of Vienna due to its proximity to U4 and U6. Within close proximity (2 minutes on foot) is the U4 station Meidling Hauptstraße with numerous bus connections. About a 5-7 minute walk away is the U6/U4 station Längenfeldgasse, providing fast connections to Westbahnhof and Meidling train station.
There are excellent supermarket options with Billa, Spar, and Penny in the immediate vicinity. Directly below the apartment is a Turkish supermarket, which is often open on Sundays and holidays. For those who enjoy nightlife, the Vienna Gürtel and Club U4 offer numerous possibilities.
Additionally, the Schönbrunn Palace Park and Auer-Welsbach Park are not far away and are places I always enjoy for walks and jogging.

Die anderen beiden Mitbewohner sind langjährige Schulfreunde von mir, mit denen ich seit über 6 Jahren eine WG teile:
- Lukas ist 25 Jahre alt, studiert Mathematik an der Uni Wien und spielt in seiner Freizeit gerne Gesellschafts- und Computerspiele
- David ist ebenfalls 25 Jahre alt, arbeitet in einer Kochschule, macht derzeit zusätzlich noch die Ausbildung zum Tontechniker und interessiert sich stark für Film und Musik
Die WG war für uns schon immer mehr als eine Zweck-WG, sodass wir öfters verschiedenste Aktivitäten machen, beispielsweise gemeinsam Kochen, Spielen, Fortgehen oder auf der Donauinsel chillen.
Hin und wieder kommen gerne mal Leute vorbei, das Wohnzimmer bietet ja genügend Platz dafür, große Partys gibt es eher selten.
Wir sind alle sehr offene, unkomplizierte und meistens gesellige Menschen, sodass ich mir sicher bin, dass du dich in der Wohnung wohl fühlen wirst :)

The other two roommates are longtime friends from school, and we've been sharing a flat for over 6 years:
- Lukas is 25 years old, studying mathematics at the University of Vienna, and enjoys playing board games and computer games in his free time.
- David is also 25 years old, works in a cooking school, is currently undergoing additional training as a sound technician, and has a strong interest in film and music.
Our shared apartment has always been more than just a functional living arrangement for us, so we often engage in various activities together, such as cooking, playing games, going out, or chilling on the Danube Island. Occasionally, people drop by, as the living room has plenty of space for it, but large parties are rather rare.
We are all very open, uncomplicated, and mostly sociable individuals, so I am confident that you will feel comfortable in the apartment :) If you're interested, we would be happy to meet you in person or online!
