As I am moving from Austria, a big room in a 2-person flatshare (2er WG) will be available. As I cannot bring the furniture with me, I will be leaving the room with the furniture. I am considering someone interested in the flat and buying the furniture and some useful electronic devices. In the flat, we have 1 big room (20 m2), one small room (10 m2), a kitchen, an anteroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC. The big room will be available, your Japanese roommate Takumi lives in the small room. In the building, there is also a courtyard, garbage room, elevator, and mailboxes.
The room is very spacious, it has approximately 20 square meters. It has two large windows that flood the space with natural light and a spacious wardrobe to cater to all your storage needs. With centralized heating, the apartment gets warmth within minutes, ensuring comfort during the colder months.
This fully furnished room is thoughtfully equipped with a double bed, ample wardrobe space, a comfortable sofa accompanied by a TV, a functional desk with a chair, and more.
The bathroom features a bathtub and ample storage space. The recently renovated kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the apartment comes complete with a washing machine and dishwasher, making daily chores easier.

Big commode (dresser) with 5 drawers

Rent: 590€ (included electricity, gas and internet). Depending on your usage of electricity and gas, at the end of year, it will be recalculated, but do not expect a big difference. If you consume less, you will get some money back, if you exceed the average, you will have a little more extra.
Price for furniture: negotiable
It is very close to Westbahnhof and a famous shopping street, Mariahilfer Straße (just 8 minutes away by metro). The closest supermarket is Hofer (2 minutes walking distance). The shopping mall Meiselmarkt (with Eurospar, dm, libro and some local marketplace inside) is just 4 minutes away. And you can walk 15 minutes to reach Schönbrunn palace (or 10 minutes with the bus).
You have plenty of store near, there is a hofer, a spar and a billa in less than 6 minutes walking, you also have a dm and a bipa at the same distance.
If you want some fresh air you have a park one street away, where you can have a walk or play some sports.
Your roommate Takumi is from Tokyo, Japan and he is a software engineer. He is a very clean, respectful, calm, intelligent, trustworthy, nice and sympathetic person. You can learn lots of things about Japanese culture. He is travelling all the time, he is a football fan and on weekends he travels to Germany, other parts of Austria (he purchased a klimaticket for that) or other countries to watch the football game.
The rent is until the end of September, but making a longer contract after is possible Moving earlier is also possible.
