The apartment is currently completely empty and has 2 rooms, 15m² for € 490 and 11m² for € 390. You can choose yourself which room you want and who you want to live with :)

The flat will be rented for minuium a year, maybe more as a Sublease Contract because we are away travelling.

We search for reliable and commutative Person(s) that are also clear against racism, sexism and other forms of discrimination.

Über die Wohnung:

Die komplette Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2022 komplett renoviert und ist in gutem Zustand. Das Badezimmer, das WC, Isolierung, Wände, die Böden, Fußbodenheizung und Therme, Elektrik usw sind komplett neu.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock ohne Lift und hat klassischen Altbau-Charme, dicke, robuste Wände und hohe Zimmer.

Obwohl sie sehr nah am Yppenplatz gelegen ist, ist die Seitengasse meist ruhig und wenig befahren.

Geheizt wird via Gastherme und Fußbodenheizung in der ganzen Wohnung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, eine voll funktionale Küche mit neuem Kühlschrank und anderen Möbel.

About the flat: The whole flat was completely renovated 2022 and is in a good condition. Bathroom, toilet, isolation, walls, floor, heating, electricity etc. are completely new. It is on the 3rd Floor without a lift and a renovated old building (Altbauwohnung), so thick and robust walls. Despite being near to the Yppenplatz, it’s quiet most of the time and not many cars pass in the street below. The heating works with gas (new flow heater) and there is underfloor heating in all rooms. There is a washing machine, a full-functional kitchen, fridge and other furniture.
