Lage
I’m renting out my light and bright beautiful room for a few months. It’s very spacious I will take most of my stuff out during your stay so it won’t feel like you are not just in your space. I live with my sister who will stay in the flat over the summer, most likely she won’t be in Vienna during the week so much, and when she is, she is very good company. I have a lot of plants and before moving in I would like to discuss your green thumb (haha seems weird, but it’s kind of important to me) if you feel like you can take the responsibility that’s awsome and if not I will just move them around in the flat so my sister can take care of them :P . We are vegan and vegetarian and it’s not much appreciated when meat is cooked but apart from that we also don’t judge, so feel free 🌱✨ there are three windows in the room that let in A LOT of sun which is amazing, also there are trees in front of the window which makes the fact that the “koppstraße” is right outside more okay. Because this street is a busy one it can be a little bit louder sometimes but nothing that bothers us too much in our daily lives.
Dates of moving in and out are flexible - just text me and we’ll find an agreement.
The flat is located in the 16. District and is literally the perfect location (in my eyes). Billa and spar are right outside our door and in the building there is a Turkish bakery opposit of our entrance door. Hofer is like 7 or 8 minutes away on the bike and of course the thaliastraße as well as ottakringerstraße aren’t far either.
Most importantly though: acces to public transport is AMAZING.
Tram 9 —> takes you direction Westbahnhof and 17th district
Tram 5 —> direction Westbahnhof and Uni/altes AKH
Tram 2 —> into the 8, down to Volkstheater, Karlsplatz, 1.district and so on and also up through the 16./17. into greener areas
Tram 46 —> up to the station U3 ottakring, into the 7. District and further
Bus 48a —> up to the forest and into the 7th district
U6–> you know the U6 already hopefully :P
