Hey! Since I'm leaving to study for some months in India, I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our cozy and social WG, which we dubbed "Casa Grundstein". The WG has 5 other inhabitants, so of course, there is always someone ready to have a fun time, a good conversation, a nice dinner and so much more. The WG has been recently renovated (only 3-4 months ago) and the furniture is all new too. We have great facilities like two bathrooms, a bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and a living room with a large couch. The neighborhood is simply amazing. Brunnenmarkt, an incredible market for food and groceries (which is btw the longest market in Vienna!), is only at the end of the street. You can find the best bars, clubs, and cafés in Vienna only 5-10 minutes away at the Gürtel between metro stops Thaliastrasse and Josefstädterstrasse or at Yppenplatz.

The WG has a really good connection with the city center and other parts of Vienna because the metro stops U6 Thaliastrasse and Josefstädterstrasse and several tram lines are only 5 minutes away.
In general, the WG is in a very lively neighborhood with a lot of good and cheap options for supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and clubs.
- Two large supermarkets, Hofer and Penny, 1 min. + Spar 5 min.
- Brunnenmarkt (large market with vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, prepared food, clothes, stuff, etc.) 1 min.
- Yppenplatz (nice square with several bars and cafés) 7 min.
- A lot of bars, cafés and clubs at the Gürtel between U6 stops Thaliastrasse en Josefstädterstrasse 5 min.
There are 5 other inhabitants of the WG:
- a Czech-Palestinian girl studying middle eastern studies and journalism
- an Austrian girl studying English and German
- a Czech girl studying Czech and German
- a South-Tyrolian guy studying architecture
- an English guy studying mathematics
The atmosphere in the WG is social and lively. We often organize cooking evenings and social events and go to bars and restaurants together.
