About us:
Hey, we are two students at Uni Wien and Akademie der Bildenen Künste from Denmark and South Korea. In our spare time we like to cook, watch films and swimming. Together we speak German, English, Korean and Danish, so we will try to accommodate as best as possible to your preferred language. If you speak another language we are happy to learn!
Your room:
The rented furniture includes a bed, a couch, two bookshelves, a drawer for clothing, two carpets, a small table for eating, a small sideboard and a chair.
Costs:
The extra costs for the whole apartment are 226€ electricity + 11,34€ house insurance + 31,16€ internet. You would pay half of the extra costs (134,25€). The rent of the room is 355€. (so in total 365€ rent and 134,25€ extra costs). You would pay the 499,25€ to me directly. The deposit will be returned within 3-4 weeks after you move out. The flat owners only charge sever damage of the apartment or the loss of the keys.
Rental agreement:
You would not be in the rental contract, but I have to give the owners a 3-month notice, so you would always know 3 months in advance, before the contract ends. You would have a written agreement with everything in it, so everything is 100% transparent.
Adresse: Lobenhauerngasse 8, 1170 Wien, direkt an der Linie 9, 43 und 2 bzw. drei Stationen zur U6 Alserstraße & vier Stationen zur Josefstädter Straße. In 15min ist man bei der Uni Wien und in 20min in der Schwarzenberg-Allee. Billa Plus, Penny Markt, Bipa, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Ärzte & Bank sind in 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen. Post, dm, Interspar, Hofer, Libro in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
We will be happy to get to know you and spend time together. We like to cook, go swimming, visiting nice cafes, bars, museums or just staying home and chilling. We love watching films. Lucas also likes to play guitar and even compose music in ableton. Seung Yeon studies at Akademie der Bildenen Künste and loves to paint (check out her insta here: www.instagram.com/seungyeonjunq/ ) She also knows how to cook a mean Bibimbab!
