We have available a nice room in a shared apartment: 25sm in a huge, bright apartment with living room (3 persons). The room is newly painted and will be free for subrental on 1st of April. As it is pretty short term also a rental for a limited time would be possible.
The location of the apartment is excellent: very central between 9th and 18th district, near to the metro station Währinger Straße/ Volksoper and the Hospital. Also the main university and the Boku university are reachable easily.
The rent is 450,- + 45,- (heating, electricity, internet). The deposit is 900,- and you’ll receive it back when moving out.
Your flatmates are Michael and Lena, Michael works but he moves in the first week of April and Lena is studying at the Medical University. We study/ work outside but also from home and prefer a quiet and calm atmosphere at home, also cooking together from time to time or making coffee breaks together.
