Hello there, I'm leaving this nice room and I'm looking for someone that will take it. The room itself it's not very big but it's really comfortable and the rent + the apartment make it up for it.
Hard facts:
- The room will be empty.
-The room has 2 ways of access; one from the bathroom and one from a flatmate room (see the apartment plan for a good idea).
-The laundry machine has been brought new last year so I'll ask a payment of 50€ for it (we payed it 100€ each).
- The kitchen has already everything that you can need.
-There is a balcony where smoking is allowed.
The apartment It's in the wonderfull 18th District. The metro station Whäringerstraße-Volksoper is only five minutes by foot and the tram connection are plenty to choose. Close by there are also 5 supermarkets (Spar, Etsan, Billa, Penny and Hofer). The street where the room window look on it's not very traficated. If you like to walk in parks there are really good ones not far from the apartment.
In the apartment all the rooms are currently occupied, that means that you'll have 3 guys as flatmate. They are really chill and relaxed and I never had a problem with them.
