Hello! We are looking for a new person to complete the WG trio again.☀️
We (Camila and Diana) are looking for a new flatmate for our 83,5 sqm2 shared flat in the 19th district, near Spittelau (U4/U6/S-Bahn/train connections/37/38). Moving in is likely to be possible from the 1st of November.
About your future room:
The rent is 550€ warm including internet, household insurance etc ...
It would be ~13 square metres and faces a small courtyard. There is a chance that the old tenant will leave furniture behind, but this can be discussed further when you come see the apartment.
The deposit will be 1.170€ (including the deposit from the bedroom, shared furniture, washing machine, freezer and fridge etc.).
The flat is on the 2nd floor, without elevator and with a small courtyard. Each room can be entered separately. The toilet and bathroom are also separate.
Location
The 37 and 38 trams are a 5-minute walk away and the underground in Spittelau and S-Bahn Krottenbachstraße are about 10 minutes away on foot. Shopping facilities such as Spar, Billa, DM, Bipa, a pharmacy, bakeries and the post office are in the immediate vicinity.
Shared flat life
We enjoy a very clean and relaxed living atmosphere, we strive to have a nice environment and sneaky chats in the kitchen (also known as the heart of the WG) to catch up after a tough day of work or uni.
We are 22 and 25, Diana works and studies and Camila just graduated and started working. We like to think of ourselves as very international since Camila is originally from El Salvador and Diana was born in Russia. Therefore, we would really enjoy having someone with whom we can expand our horizons and knowledge of different cultures (this is of course not a must). It is also important for us that you speak English fluently since the common WG language is English. However, we also speak Spanish, German and a bit of Russian, in case you want to improve your language skills.
Camila works part time at DHL and Diana works in a bank whilst studying. We enjoy the apartment to be lively and we are often laughing around so it would be nice to find someone we can get along with and can add up to our sense of humour.
We are looking for someone who is between 20 and 25 years old, who is doing something similar to us in their day to day. If you read anything you like and you think the apartment is somewhere you can call home, please send us a message telling us about yourself so we can schedule a visit.
