Helles großes Zimmer in 2er Wg

Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere schöne Wohnung in der Sommergasse.
Die beiden Zimmer sind groß (knappe 24 qm) und super hell und mit direkter Sonne, wie der Name verspricht :)
(Also eines davon bewohne ich. Eins wird frei. )

Ich bin Laura, ganz bald 34, arbeite als freischaffende Künstlerin, bin ein neugieriger Mensch, liebe Musik (singe auch selbst), Sprachen, lache und tanze gern und bin (vor allem) im Sommer sehr gerne draußen unterwegs. Ich bin für fast jeden Blödsinn zu haben und freue mich über gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Genauso brauche ich aber auch meine Ruhephasen und konzentrierte Arbeitszeit (da ich viel von zuhause arbeite und immer genügend zu tun habe). Ich respektiere den Space der anderen und bin keine aufgedrehte Person, bei der man um Ruhe fürchten muss ;)
Was nicht heißen soll, dass ich nicht schon sehnsüchtig auf die nächste WG-Party warte und auch meine lebhafte Seite habe :)
Insgesamt muss einfach die Balance stimmen, dann passt alles. Aja, ich liebe auch Yoga..

Ich denke am besten ist es sowieso sich persönlich kennenzulernen, also lade ich dich herzlich zu einem Besuch in der Sommergasse ein :)

Ich werde im Laufe der Tage die Fotos des zu vermietenden Zimmers ergänzen. Das verzögert sich aufgrund von Krankheit gerade etwas. In dem Zimmer bleibt eine Couch. Und gegebenenfalls ein, zwei Regale.

Die Miete wird bei bei 430-445 liegen. Die ganz genauen Kosten regeln sich dann bei der Übergabe, da wir alles neu anmelden müssen (Strom, Gas, Internet).

Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Mai frei. Wie lange der Mietvertrag verlängert wird, wird sich auch die nächsten Tage herausstellen.

Bitte schreib in deiner Nachricht gleich mal dazu, für wie lange du eine Bleibe suchst :)


Die Wohnung ist super angebunden.
Spittelau U6 und U4, D, 35A .. dann gleich ums Eck gibt es die 37 und 38er Bims.
Was ich als Sommermensch, Wasserratte und Joggerin recht schätze ist die Nähe zu Parks und Wasser. Währinger Park ganz nah. Türkenschanzpark auch nicht weit. An der neuen Donau schnell mit der U6. Auch mit dem Rad ganz schnell am Donaukanal und auch schnell an der Donau :)
Es gibt auch ein kleines Fahrradhäuschen im Hof des Hauses. Und die Hausbewohner sind generell cool. Durchmischt und sehr freundlich (bis auf einen, der irgendwie nicht so gerne lächelt ;) aber die gibts ja immer wiedermal )

Hello there,

I am looking for a new roommate for our beautiful apartment in Sommergasse.
The two rooms are large and super bright and with direct sun, as the name promises :)
(So one of them I inhabit. One will be free. )

I'm Laura, very soon 34. I work as an artist, I am a curious person, I love music (also sing myself), languages, I love to laugh and dance and am (especially) in the summer very happy to be outdoors. I am available for almost any nonsense and am happy about joint activities. But equally I need my rest periods and concentrated work time (as I work from home a lot and always have enough to do). I respect the space of others and am not a hyper person where you have to fear for peace ;)
Which is not to say that I'm not already eagerly waiting for the next WG party and I also have my lively side :)
Overall, just the balance must be right, then everything fits. Aja, I also love yoga...

I think it's best to get to know each other in person anyway, so I warmly invite you to visit me at Sommergasse :)
I will add the photos of the room for rent in the course of the days. It's a bit delayed at the moment due to illness. A couch remains in the room. And maybe one or two shelves.

The rent will be around 430-445. The exact costs will be settled at the handover, as we have to newly register everything (electricity, gas, internet).

The room will be available from 1 May. How long the lease will be extended will also be decided in the next few days.

The apartment is super connected.
Spittelau U6 and U4, D, 35A ... then just around the corner there are the 37 and 38 Bims.
What I as a summer person, water lover and jogger quite appreciate is the proximity to parks and water. Währinger Park very close. Türkenschanzpark also not far. Neue Donau quickly with the U6. Also by bike very quickly on the Danube Canal and also quickly on the (big) Danube :)
There is also a small bike shed in the courtyard of the house. And the house residents are generally cool. Mixed and very friendly (except for one, who somehow does not like to smile so much ;)
