Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind direkt vor der Tür: Straßenbahn 2 & 31, Bus 37A sowie die U6 Dresdner Straße sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Supermärkte, Cafés, Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, sodass du alles für den Alltag schnell erreichst.

The apartment is located in a quiet yet central area on the 5th floor, with courtyard-facing windows. Excellent public transport connections are right outside the door: tram 2 & 31, bus 37A, and the U6 Dresdner Straße subway station are just minutes away. Supermarkets, cafés, parks, and shopping are within walking distance, making everyday life convenient.

Ich bin Andreas, 37, arbeite als Softwareentwickler und suche eine freundliche, verantwortungsbewusste Person für die WG. Eine harmonische Atmosphäre und offene Kommunikation sind mir wichtig. Gerne kann man sich ab und zu auf einen Kaffee oder ein Glas Wein zusammensetzen, aber auch eine ruhige Zweck-WG ist möglich. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig, ein strikter Putzplan aber nicht nötig – eine natürliche Aufteilung reicht völlig.
