Zimmer Nähe Alte Donau für August und/oder September

Die Lage ist besonders im Sommer sehr schön, da wir ca 8 Gehminuten von der Alten Donau entfernt sind, und somit auch sehr nah an der neuen Donau und der Donauinsel sind. Die Gegend ist ein Erholungsgebiet, man kann super gut Radfahren, Schwimmen, Laufen, spazieren gehen, segeln, surfen, Wakeboarden, oder auch einfach in der Sonne liegen und Eis schlecken. Es ist gibt auch eine Boulder- und Kletterhalle in der Nähe.

Statt von Geschäften sind wir von Grün umgeben, einkaufen fahren wir also meistens zu einem Hofer, der mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt ist. Öffentlich sind wir gut an die U2 Station Donaustadtbrücke angebunden, mit der man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt, zum Beispiel an der Uni Wien ist. Zur U2 fahren wir ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Rad an der Alten Donau entlang, es gibt alternativ auch einen Bus der sowohl zur U2 Donaustadtbrücke als auch zu U1 Kagran fährt.

The location is very nice, especially in the summer, because we are an about 8 minutes walk away from the Old Danube, and thus also very close to the New Danube and the Donauinsel. The area is a recreation area, you can go cycling, swimming, running, walking, sailing, surfing, wakeboarding, or just lie in the sun and eat ice cream. There is also a bouldering and climbing hall nearby.

Instead of stores, we are surrounded by nature, so for grocery shopping we usually go to a Hofer, which is 5 minutes away by bike. Concerning public transport we are well connected to the U2 station Donaustadtbrücke, which takes us to the city center in 15 minutes, for example to the University of Vienna. To the U2 it takes about 8 minutes by bike along a way next to the Old Danube. There is alternatively a bus that goes to both U2 Donaustadtbrücke and U1 Kagran.

Wir sind eine super liebe und befreundete WG! Wir sind drei Mädels, die sich gerne mal in der Küche treffen und durch das Quatschen ganz vergessen, was sie eigentlich zu tun hatten. Manchmal kochen oder essen wir gemeinsam, gehen zusammen schwimmen, schauen Serien, gehen tanzen oder was uns sonst so einfällt! Da unser Wohnraum recht groß ist gibt es aber auch genug Platz um sich zurückzuziehen oder Zeit und Platz für sich zu haben.

Wir, das sind ich (Anna), Mona und Daniela. Ich und Mona sind 24 Jahre und aus Wien, Daniela ist seit diesem Jahr bei uns, sie ist aus Mexico-City und 30 Jahre alt. Mona und ich studieren beide und Daniela macht einen Remote-Job. Ich werde für August und September nicht in Wien sein, deshalb ist das Zimmer frei! Da Mona im August auch nicht da ist, wärst Du im August nur mit Daniela in der WG, im September dann mit Mona und Daniela. Gerne kannst Du auch schreiben wenn du nur in einem der Monate kannst.

Wichtig ist uns in der WG Ehrlichkeit und Freude daran, mit anderen gemeinsam zu wohnen! Wenn es Probleme gibt, diese am besten gleich ansprechen, um sie zu lösen. Wir legen Wert auf Sauberkeit, befolgen aber ehrlicherweise unseren Putzplan nicht ganz so genau... auch hier gilt es gemeinsam zu reden, damit sich alle wohlfühlen!:)

Allergiker*innen aufgepasst! Wir haben eine super knuddelige Katze, namens Büsi, die nicht viel Aufmerksamkeit braucht, aber sich über Streicheleinheiten und Filmabende freut!

We are a super nice and WG and friends as well! We are three girls, who like to meet up in the kitchen and forget what we had to do actually before going to the kitchen, by getting lost in chatting. Sometimes we cook or eat together, go swimming, watch series, go dancing or whatever else comes to our mind! Since our living room is quite large, there is also enough space to withdraw or to have time and space for yourself.

We are me (Anna), Mona and Daniela. Me and Mona are 24 years old and from Vienna, Daniela is with us since this year, she is from Mexico-City and 30 years old. Mona and I are both studying and Daniela is doing a remote job. I will not be in Vienna for August and September, so the room is free! Since Mona will not be there in August either, you would be in the shared flat with Daniela in August, then with Mona and Daniela in September. You can also write us if you only need a room for one of the months.

Important for us in the WG is honesty and joy to live together with others! If there are problems, it is best to address them right away in order to solve them. Cleanliness, is important to us, but honestly we do not follow our cleaning schedule too closely... Here, too, it is important to talk together so that everyone feels comfortable!:)

Attention if you have allergies! We have a super cuddly cat, named Büsi, who doesn't need much attention, but is happy about cloesness and movie nights!
