Lage
As I will be traveling between 10.04 and 11.05 my room will be free to rent in these days. It’s a cosy 14m2 room with two windows, a comfy double bed and a desk with an armchair. Bathroom is just behind the wall which makes it really easily accessible. Toilet and Bathroom are completely new, kitchen isn’t perfect as two out of four stoves don’t work but it’s still quite functional. Our WG is non-smoking.
Price: 300 euro + 50 euro deposit for the keys (which means you will get it back )
Flatmates: I live with three flatmates - Florian (Austrian), Olvis (Colombian) and Mari (Portuguese). All of them are done with studies by now and are working so you would probably see them just in the evenings. We are mostly communicating in English. My Room happens to be divided from the rest of the flat with a small hall with a door which adds to the privacy.
Shopping/food: Spar, Billa, DM, Hofer and Bipa are all very close. If you would like to get something to eat there are also at least few options around. Not mentioning Millenium city that is just one station away. You definitely won’t die of hunger!

Briggitenau, just in front of the U6 Dresdnerstrasse. 5 minutes walk to S-Bahn station Traisengasse. There is also a tram no 2 nearby and a nightline. You can easily reach Westbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof or Stephanplatz in around 20 min.
