Hello guys!
I am searching for a temporary housemate for my room in a shared flat in Favoriten. I will be travelling for 2 months and I would be happy to find someone who stays in my room in the meanwhile :-).
The room is 23 m2 big, bright and separated from the others. The rent (included all the bills and internet) is 455 euro/month. In the room there is a double bed (160x200), a furniture and a desk and it is enlighted from a huuuuge window from that you can see the magical market that takes place every day on the Viktor-Adler Square, just under our house!
The flat consits of two other bedrooms (inhabited from two mighty crazy housemates), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub), a WC and a big livingroom/kitchen where you can chill out, watch movies, make yoga, drink beer and blablabla....
The flat is in the 10th district (Favoriten). In less than 1 minute you can reach the Favoritenstrasse, where you can find pharmacies, supermarkets, malls and everything you need. In one minute you also find the metro station Keplerplatz and in 10 minutes by metro you can reach Stephansplatz!
And now something about your housemates:
- Sigge is 24 , swedish and is attending a german course in Vienna.
- Mithun is 29, he is an indian engeneer, loves to cook too and to do sports.
They are very easy-going, clean and nice people who like to have a contact and a good relationship with who lives with them.
