Since I’m going abroad for a while I am subletting my room from the beginning of January 2019 to June 2019 (with the possibility to extend it to August 2019).
The apartment is located in the 8th district of Vienna, right behind town hall and is 120 square meters big in total.
The bright room itself is 29 m^2. It is fully furnished with a queen sized bed (160 cm), a big couch, shelves, a desk and a big closet. Obviously I will be talking most of my personal things with me so you will have enough space for all your stuff. As it is an old building it has the classic high ceilings as well as amazing original plastering (stucco) on the ceiling (see photos).
I am also going to leave the TV there, which is equipped with cable. There is also WiFi free of your disposal!
The flat has a large kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and an extra toilet! The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils etc, a washing mashine and a fridge (incl. freezer).
The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Vienna and the city centre and all its beautiful sights can be easily reached by foot. Public transport (closest subway stop: U2 Rathaus), like busses, trams and underground are within 2 minutes walking distance.
Plenty of bars and restaurants are located in the area as well as quite a few supermarkets, drug stores, and everything you might need in walking distance.
You will be sharing the apartment with my flatmates Conny, who recently graduated from a Marketing Master at WU and Matthias, who is a medical student.
We are looking for a nice, open-minded, tidy person. Conny and Matthias are easy-going people and ideally the three of you will get along well and do stuff together sometimes. Since they are both working/studying full-time and go out quite frequently they won’t be home all the time. We expect you to be responsible and careful around the flat and we are sure our apartment is a great place to stay at if you want to have a good time in Vienna.
The rent includes everything from heating, electricity, internet&tv, home-insurance, etc.
