I am renting out this cozy room in my flat, due to my erasmus semester in the netherlands. You can live here for 5 months and enjoy the most amazing district of vienna!
The room has 10 m² and is fully furnished. The couch on the picture will be replaced by a bed. (We didn’t use the room as a bedroom before 😉)
Because of the big windows we have a lot of light in the whole flat and it's fully furnished.
If you love to spend your freetime outside you are going to love the location oft he flat! It takes a 3 minute bike ride/ 7 minutes walking to get to the green prater. A perfect place for sports activities or just relaxing in nature. Also the wurstel prater is located there.
The Danube Island is one my favourite places in Vienna! You can get there in 10 minutes by bike or taking the subway. If you want to have a little break from city life, this is the perfect place for chilling and recreation.
But also if you love to spend your time in the city centre it will only take you about 15 minutes to get there with the subway lines U1 (vorgartenstraße) or U2 (messe prater).
Public transportation is accessible in minutes. Two buslines (11A, 11B) stop right in front of the house and the subway stations U1 and U2 are only a 5-7 minutes walk away.
All kind of Grocery stores are accessible in a few minutes as well and we also have a lot of awesome cafes and restaurants int he neighboorhood.
You will be sharing the flat with Bianca (20) and Nico (27). Bianca works as a social pedagogue and will start to study social work in september. Nico is studiying UBRM. Both are super nice people, that love to cook and spending their freetime outside. But they are also very chill and like to have a good chat with a glass of beer or wine 😊
