This beautiful bright room is around 30m2 big, it is NOT a walk through, the second door is just there for no reason, as we have separate entrances :)
The room has a double bed, a commode, big full size mirror, some puff to seat and a couple of plants, which leaves a lot of space for anything you would like to bring.
The rest of the apartment has whatever you might need, including a dining room, a little cozy balcony, big hall with a wardrobe, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine, and of course a kitchen with a big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all the other stuff.
The apartment is really warm and bright, you will enjoy living here as no other place.
The apartment is located 3 minutes away from the metro station Taborstrasse and about 7 minutes away from Schwedenplatz.
You will have different supermarkets around the corner and the Karmelitermarkt just down the street.
A tram stop for the line 2 is also a minute away. Thats a really great location
Unfortunately i have to move out from this wonderful apartment as i leave Austria. So if you need an earlier move in, its available from December 21.
Your future neighbors are the kindest people. One, Lorian, is working at the museum, he will surround you with homey feeling and most interesting conversations, share jokes with you and maybe some incredible breakfasts; the other - Clemens, is a flight attendant, he will always be there to brighten up your day with some sweet nonsence(don't tell him i said so) and energy. I love them both and could only trust them into some kind hands :)
They both speak german and english by the way, its just me, who isn't so good with german:)
The rent is 380 euro per month,
Kaution (deposit) will make 1200 euro and i would ask for 100 euro for the furniture i leave.
Internet is included in the price,
The only thing that comes extra, is the electricity bill, that will make around 70 euro per month, but should be recounted and get smaller next year.
