Hello everyone, there are 2 FULLY FURNISHED rooms available in a 4 people shared accommodation, Room 1 from (see images) now on and the Room 2 (see images) one from August onwards (when I will move out). Both the rooms have the best sunset views one can have in Vienna, despite living so close to the city centre.
The location of the apartment is great, we are just on a 5-7 minutes' walking distance to Kettenbrückengasse (U4) & we have 2 nearby stops (13A - you reach Mariahilferstrasse in like 10 minutes & 59A - you reach Karlsplatz in 7-9 minutes by bus). It's really the best location, still peaceful. Amazing restaurants and bars on a walking distance and all necessity shops (Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Pharmacy).
There are 2 more people living in this apartment besides me. A 23 year sweet French girl called Maïwen and a 28 year old very cool Irish guy (Chef by profession), Sean. We have a really open environment in this apartment and a very friendly relation among each other.
The All-inclusive rent (including our fast Wi-fi connection), Room 1 costs €450 per month &
Room 2 costs €460 per month.
The security deposit for EACH room is 2x months' rent.
