Cosy, quiet and perfectly designed room for rent from September 2019 for an unlimited time! The room has a very BIG built in closet with lots of space for clothes and everything else.
We, Evi & Ankita, are two working girls looking for a new female roomate from Semptember 1st to our shared flat (WG) in the 5th District. Few things about the apartment:
The apartment is in a very convenient location in Vienna's 5th district, close to Badner Bahn, tram 1 & 62, bus 13A (walking 3 mins) and U4 Kettenbrueckengasse/Pilgramgasse (6-8min) & U1 Taubstummengasse (8 mins). Karlsplatz is only a 10min walk and Naschmarkt 6min away!
*The apartment consists of 3 separate rooms and a small kitchen, bathroom and toilet. It does not have a common area or a living room - please keep that in mind. Otherwise it’s a great flat for anyone who wants a central location in a trendy area!
The room itself is about 16 m2 and partially furnished. It is facing the quiet courtyard so very peaceful and a perfect place after a long day. The room has a built-in closet, the big commode for books & stuff that are for free. Other things (chairs, bed side table, desk, brown shelf and specially made light cancelling curtains) can stay in the room for a symbolic price of 35€.
Rent is 310+46+10 € including Hausverwaltung and Internet. Gas is excluded and it usually is around 68€ every 3 months only. :)
