If you're moving to Vienna for work or study and you're looking for a central room in a lovely flatshare, our apartment could be what you're looking for!
The available room is 13sqm, completely furnished and faces the inner courtyard, so it's relatively quiet. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (the house has an elevator) and was freshly renovated when we moved in. All rooms are separately accessible, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher), we got a small community/dining area in the entrance hall, the bathroom has a bathtub and a heated towel rail and the apartment has its own attic that serves as a store-room.
The fixed monthly rent is 358 Euro (incl. Electricity/Gas/Internet). Depending on the consumption there can be a back pay for electricity and gas every quarter, so you should calculate with approx. 380 Euro /month.
Please note: There is a one-off payment of 450 Euro for the furniture and additional fittings of the apartment to be paid, and the deposit is 1085 Euro.
The apartment is centrally located in the popular 6th district (Mariahilf). The Westbahnhof (Tram 18,6,9,5,52,68, metro U6, U3), the famous Naschmarkt (metro Kettenbrückengasse/Pilgramgasse U4) and the main shopping street Mariahilferstraße (metro Zieglergasse U3) are all in walking distance (10-15min). The bus 57a is right down the street (Bus stop: Hirschengasse). Several supermarkets (Billa, Spar, Hofer) are closeby and the 6th district also offers a lot of trendy restaurants, cafes and bars.
I'm sadly leaving the flat as I'm about to finish my masters, so you would live together with my lovely and chill flatmates: Julia (29, works in Marketing) and Antonia (25, studies Urban Planning). We are a super easy and uncomplicated flatshare: if we got time, we like to sit together in the evening or go out on the weekend but as we are studying and working and got different schedules, it's not a must - so no pressure ;)
