Zwischenmiete (intermediate rent) Juli und/oder August in unserer gemütlichen WG!

Hallo,
in unserer WG ist ein Zimmer frei geworden! Für Juli und/oder August suchen wir also einen neuen Mitbewohner, allerdings nur zur Zwischenmiete!
Wir, das sind Sabrina (27) und Floli (24), sitzen mal gemütlich im Wohnzimmer oder in der Küche beisammen, trotten aber auch beide gerne unserem eigenen Alltag nach.
Wir sind also weder Zweck-, noch Kuschel-WG, suchen aber auf jeden Fall einen geselligen Mitbewohner, mit dem wir auch mal bei einer Tasse Tee oder Kaffee quatschen können :)
Die WG ist im 12. Bezirk, 4 Gehminuten entfernt von der U6 Philadelphiabrücke und dem internationalen Bahnhof Wien Meidling, der Bus 59A fährt direkt vor der Haustür zum Karlsplatz und die Straßenbahn 62 ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Außerdem sind ein Spar, Billa, Hofer, Lidl und noch alle möglichen anderen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt auf der Meidlinger Hauptstraße zu finden. Es muss also niemand hungern oder dursten ;)
Das Zimmer hat 23 qm, kostet 320 Euro warm, und ist schön hell und geräumig. Es hat Fischgrätenparkett und hohe Decken, ein typischer Altbau eben :) Außerdem enthält es alle notwendigen Möbel, die du zum Überleben brauchst.
Ansonsten sind im Mietpreis Internet und alle weiteren Nebenkosten beinhaltet.
Mittelpunkt der Wohnung ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, von dem unsere Zimmer abgehen, außerdem sind Badezimmer und WC getrennt begehbar und ne Waschmaschine haben wir auch :D

in our shared apartment a room has become available! For July and / or August we are looking for a new flatmate, but only for a mid-term rent!
We, that's Sabrina (27) and Floli (24), sit comfortably in the living room or in the kitchen together, but both like to follow our own daily routine.
So we are neither Zweck-, nor cuddling shared flat, but definitely looking for a sociable roommate, with whom we can also chat over a cup of tea or coffee :)
The WG is in the 12th district, 4 minutes walk from the U6 Philadelphiabrücke and the international train station Wien Meidling, the bus 59A goes directly to the front door to the Karlsplatz and the tram 62 is also nearby.
In addition, a Spar, Billa, Hofer, Lidl and all sorts of other shopping are just a few minutes walk away on the Meidlinger main street. So nobody has to go hungry or thirsty;)
The room has 23 square meters, costs 320 Euro warm, and is nice bright and spacious. It has herringbone parquet and high ceilings, a typical old viennese building :) In addition, it contains all the necessary furniture that you need to survive.
Otherwise, the rental price includes Internet and all additional costs.
The center of the apartment is a cozy living room, the bathroom and toilet are separately walk-in and there is a washing machine as well: D
