Möbliertes 16 qm Zimmer mit entspannten Mitbewohnern und eigenem Badezimmer / Furnished 16 sqm Room with relaxed roommates and own bathroom

Ich ziehe dieses Wochenende (8.9) in eine neue Wohnung und stelle daher bis mindestens Anfang Oktober mein Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Miete beträgt 125€ pro Woche. Hinzu kommt eine Kaution in Höhe von 100€. Ein Aufenthalt von mind. 2 Wochen wäre bevorzugt.
Falls du dich mit den Mitbewohnern gut verstehst, besteht die Möglichkeit, dass du das Zimmer unbefristet beziehen kannst. Siehe Link zur Anzeige für die unbefristete Miete.

Das Zimmer ist in einer 4er WG mit Ronja (22) und Chris (28), beide studieren, sind immer hilfsbereit, entspannt und ruhig, aber auch nie um ein gutes Gespräch oder bspw. einen netten Spieleabend verlegen, Sebastian ist nicht da und zieht Anfang Oktober ebenfalls aus. Bis Anfang Oktober wohnt außerdem Mojo, ein etwas arroganter, bisschen verrückter aber sehr entspannter Kater in der Wohnung.

Die Ubahnstation Josefstädter Straße ist knapp 5 min und die Bimhaltestelle Neulerchenfelder Str./Brunnengasse nur 3min zu Fuß entfernt
Alles für den täglichen Bedarf ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das Fenster zeigt zu einer Nebenstraße, von der man tagsüber sehr wenig und Nachts eigentlich gar nichts hört. Von den Nachbarn hört man ebenfalls nichts.
Ein besonderer Comfortfaktor is dein eigenes Badezimmer, das nur über dein Zimmer begehbar ist. Der Boden ist echtholz Parkett.
Zur Zimmerausstattung für den befristeten Aufenthalt gehören eine Kommode, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch. Für die unbefristete Miete wäre das Zimmer bis Anfang Oktober komplett leer.

Es gibt außerdem ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) 2 Toiletten, noch ein weiteres Badezimmer, einen kleinen Balkon (begehbar vom Wohnzimmer aus) und eine separate Küche, die alles zur Verfügung stellt, was für normale bis erweiterte Kochkünste benötigt wird. Für das gesamte Haus gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein absperrbaren Fahrradraum.

I will move out the upcoming weekend (8.9) so i offer you my room to stay at least until beginning of October. The rent will be 150€ per week. There is also a caution in the amount of 100€. A stay for the duration of at least 2 weeks would be prefered.

The Room is part of a shared flat with 4 persons, Ronja (22) and Chris (28), both students, always helpful, relaxed and quiet but never to shy for a good talk or a nice games night, Sebastian wont be there for time being and moves out beginning of October too. Additionally, there will be a slightly arrogant, little bit crazy but relaxed male cat living in the flat until the beginning of October.

The subwaystation Josefstädter Straße is 5min and the tram station Neulerchenfelder Strasse/Brunnengasse just 3min by foot.
Everything for the daily need is available by in a 5 min walk. The window is facing a byroad wherefrom you wont hear a lot durring the day and almost nothing at night. You wont hear any noise from the neighbours neither.
A special comfort is your own bathroom which is accesable only via your room. The floor is real wood parquet.
The room facilities for the temporally use are a commode, a bed and a desk. For the unlimited stay the room will be emptied out beginning of October.

Furthermore, there is a big living room with a big TV (Netflix, Youtube, etc.), 2 toilets, an additional bathroom, a small balcony (accessible from the living room) and a kitchen that offers everyhting what mediocre and advanced cooking skills need. There is also a cellar for bikes (shared for the building) in the ground floor.
