The whole17 m2 big room in a traditional Vienna apartment in the city center! It is only a 2-min walk to public transportation (U6, trams, and buses). Many historical sites, entertainment venues, cafés and bars, everything you need to have an authentic Vienna experience - are within walking distance. Unıversity of Vienna is just 10-15 min away.The kitchen and common areas for meetings/drinks/studying are fully equipped with everything you need- coffee machines etc you will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
There are two large rooms and one small room with a dining table which we use as eating area. We are living together in one of the big rooms as a couple. The renter will be having the other big room. I am MA student at university of Vienna and my bf is also MA student at CEU. We both work during the day. We are mostly silent and clean at home and expecting from the renter to keep tidy common areas and no partying. The dates are negotiable, we just decided to rent the room for short time to see how it goes. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to write.
