helles zentrales Zimmer

Hallo zusammen,

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für ein großes helles ZImmer. Das Zimmer hat 18m² und eine schöne großes Fenster mit einer gemütlichen Fensterbank auf der man die Sonne genießen kann.

Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 107 m2 groß und teilt sich wie folgt auf:
1 großes Vorzimmer (25m2) das von uns als Esszimmer/Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt wird
Küche
Bad (mit Badewanna und WC)
Zusätzliches WC extra
3 getrennt begehbare Schlafzimmer (eines, leider nicht deines, mit Balkon)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im 18 Bezirk und ist super öffentlich angebunden. Die Straßenbahnlinien 40,41, 42 sind alle innerhalb von 400 m zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis zur U6 Akh sind es entweder eine Station mit der Straßenbahn oder etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch verschiedenste Geschäfte (Billa, Penny, Bipa, Hofer, dm, Denns) sind weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und die Währingerstraße mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist gleich ums Eck.

Zum Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist etwa 18m2 groß und wird unmöbliert vermietet. Das Zimmer ist zur wenig befahrenen Einbahnstraße ausgerichtet. Durch das große Fenster ist das Zimmer wunderbar hell.

Deine Mitbewohner:
Bis Ende August wohnen noch ich, mein Freund Rafid und unsere Katze mit in der Wohnung. Unser Zimmer wird dann im September von Omar übernommen.
Also ab September:
Außer dir leben in der Wohnung auch noch Ahmed und Omar. Beide sind super unkomplizierte und ruhige Mitbewohner.
Ahmed ist 30 und macht eine Ausbildung im Sozialbereich.Er kocht gerne und ist ein großer Philosophiefan mit einem tollen Filmgeschmack.
Omar ist auch 30 und arbeitet im Tourismus, genauer gesagt in einem Privatjetunternehmen. Ebenfalls ein toller Koch.
Generell sind wir keine Party WG aber wir plaudern gerne in der Küche oder sitzen im Esszimmer oder am Balkon beim Essen oder einem Kaffee zusammen.


Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 360€ (ink. Heizung, Strom und Internet).
Die Kaution sind 1100 Euro.

Hello everyone,
We are searching for someone to move into our big and sunny room. The room is 18 m² and has a great big window.

The flat:
The flat is 107 m2 and consists of following rooms:
1 entrance/hall – 25m2 we use it as a common room
Kitchen
Bathroom with bathtub and toilet
Extra toilet
3 separate bedrooms (one, but sadly not yours, with balcony)
The flat is located in a very calm but very good connected area in the 18th district. The tram lines 40,41,42 are very close (less than 400m) and also the next metro (U6 AKH) is just one tram stop or an 8 minutes walk away.
Many every day shops (Billa, Penny, Bipa, dm, Denns) are very close and also the Währinger Straße with its many different shops is just around the corner.

The room:
The room is 18m² and rented unfurnished. The room is facing a calm one way street and very bright.

Your roommates:
Until the end of August me, my boyfriend Rafid and our cat are staying in the appartment. From September on Omar will take our room.
So from September on:
Except for you there will be to others living in the Apartment . Ahmed and Omar. Both are easy going, communicative and calm flatmates.
Ahmed (30) is working in the social sector. He is an excellent cook with a big love for Philosophy and a good taste in movies.
Omar (30) is working in tourism. He is also a good cook and very chatty.
Generally we are not the big party flat share, but we like to chat in the kitchen or sit together for a cup of coffee or a beer at the balcony.


The rent for the room is 360€ (incl. electricity, heating and internet)
The deposit is 1100.
