- Sanna (24): aktive und unternehmungslustige Person, studiert Global Change and Sustainability, fährt gern Inlineskates, Konzertliebhaberin, Pflanzenmamma, Lieblingsmahlzeit Brunch
ROOM
The room has 20m^2, a very large window and is located in the second floor of the maisonette flat. During the warm seasons you can wake up by the birds singing in the courtyard and in the afternoon you can tan yourself by the sunlight. The room ist located next to the living room and kitchen which I always enjoyed. But since the buildig is not super soundproof please take that into consideration if you are a very soundsensitive person.
LOCATION
The flat is located in the 16th district and directed to a nice inner courtyard. Therefore you don't hear any traffic noise even though the location is central. Public transport connecion is very good: tram 46 and Bus 10A are only a 2 min walk from the flat, underground line U3, express-train S45 and tram 44 are also only a 6min walk away. Yppenplatz, a nice place with lots of cafes and a weekly market is only 5-7min with bike or 15-20min walking distance.

If you're looking for an open, welcoming atmosphere with a lot of space for "me-time" then you might have come to the right place. We are open to hanging out and doing stuff together but don't want to force anything (Lena and Sanna have been going to some parties for instance). Currently, we're sharing groceries and split the costs for it. We also like to cook for each other (vegan/vegetarian). There also is a weekly cleaning schedule that has worked well so far. But there is always the opportuntiy to talk about once needs in order to arrange the shared living as comfortable as possible for all.
One more thing: this flat is no place for discriminating attitudes and behavior
