Hello,
I am looking for a replacement for my room in my current shared apartment from 14 -15th of May.
My room has very good lighting, is well ventilated with 2 sets of windows overlooking the Landesbibliothek building. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, cupboards and a mirror. Furthermore, you can use the hall for get together with other roommates.
Location
The apartment is located at the heart of Wiesbaden near the city center and is very well connected. Bus stops to all locations are within a 5 minute walk and the Hauptbahnof is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. You can also find all supermarkets (such as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, etc.) within a 300m radius.
Flatshare Type
One of the roomamtes is from India and a working professional and the other roommate is from Ecuador and is pursuing her masters. Both of the roomates are amazing and great people to live with. There is a shared hall, bathroom and kitchen which are also fully furnished (Fitted kitchen, Couches, Washing machine, Fridge, Microwave etc.) and is jointly owned by all the tenants, your share of which would be €400. Since all the furnishings are jointly owned by the tenants, it is necessary to buy the existing furniture.
