Cute WG sucht neue FLINTA*- Mitbewohnis

Die WG ist echt in einer Top- Lage:)
Nicht direkt im Innenstadttrubel aber auch nur 10 Minuten davon entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. Baumarkt und Supermarktcontainer in nur 5 Minuten Entfernung, Tanke für Tabak oder Biernachschub direkt nebenan;)
Die Wohnung ist direkt neben dem Nordbahnhofcampus, also ideal falls du hier studierst.
Solltest du von Göttingen oder Kassel pendeln, erreicht du den Bahnhof zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür.
Wir wohnen zwar an einer Straße jedoch hält sich der Verkehr in Grenzen und stört vor allem Abends und am Wochenende kaum.
Du hast hier viele Möglichkeiten schnell in der Natur zu sein und durch die riesigen Wälder zu wandern (gerne auch mit uns:)).
Haustiere sind in der Wohnung außerdem erlaubt und für einen weiteren Hund wäre sie wirklich perfekt:)



The flat is really in a top location :)
Not directly in the hustle and bustle of the city center but also only 10 minutes away from it.
Shopping facilities (inc. supermarket dumpster) only 5 minutes away, gas station for tobacco or beer supplies right next door;)
The apartment is right next to the Nordbahnhofcampus, so it's ideal if you're studying here.
If you commute from Göttingen or Kassel, you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and there is a bus stop right outside the front door.
Although we live on a road, the traffic is limited and hardly bothersome, especially in the evenings and at weekends.
You have many opportunities here to get out into nature quickly and hike through the huge forests.
Pets are also allowed in the apartment and it would be perfect for another dog:)

Wir suchen eine*n neue*n Flinta*- Mitbewohner*in für unsere WG.
Ab Mitte April ist ein Zimmer in unserer frisch renovierten Wohnung in Witzenhausen-City frei. Das Haus befindet sich in Bahnhofs und Uninähe und du bist ganz schnell in der Natur:)
Mit hohen Decken, Balkon, großem Flur und kleinem Garten rund ums Haus.
Es gibt insgesamt vier Zimmer, eines davon ist ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer.
Die Miete für die gesamte Wohnung beträgt 1.100 €, die genaue Aufteilung können wir noch vereinbaren.
Wir könnten uns auch zwei neue Menschen vorstellen zb. gute Freund*innen oder ein Paar welches das große Zimmer zusammen bewohnt.

Hier wohnen unter anderem Chilli (24) und Hündin Coco (8)
Chilli macht gerne quatsch, singt und spielt manchmal Gitarre.
Sie interessiert sich außerdem für Anarcha-Feminismus, raucht gerne (manchmal zu viel;) ist in der politischen Bildungsarbeit tätig und studiert Ethnologie in Göttingen.
Coco ist vor allem sehr verfressen und super verschmust. Sie mag eigentlich jeden und ist normalerweise sehr ruhig.

In dem anderen Zimmer wohnt Avi (20).
Avi liebt es auch zu singen, zu tanzen, herumzualbern und nette Gespräche zu führen. 
Sie kommt aus Frankreich und spricht derzeit nur Französisch und Englisch. Sie ist gerade dabei, Deutsch zu lernen, ist aber noch nicht so weit!
Avi studiert unter der Woche Contemporary Dance in Kassel.

Wir wünschen uns eine gemütliche, familiäre Atmosphäre, in der wir uns verstehen, mitdenken, uns aber auch mal in Ruhe lassen können.

Hey💫
We are looking for a new Flinta* flatmate for our shared flat.
A room in our newly renovated apartment in Witzenhausen-City will be available from mid-April.
The flat is near Trainstation and Nature and also the Nordcampus of the Uni is reachable in 2 Minutes:)
With high ceilings, balcony, large hallway and a small garden around the house.
There are four rooms in total, one of which is a cozy living room.
The rent for the entire apartment is € 1,100, we can still agree on the exact division.
We could also imagine two new people, e.g. good friends or a couple who live in the large room together.

Chilli (24) and dog Coco (8) live in one room.
Chilli likes to make fun, sing and sometimes play the guitar.
She is also interested in anarcha-feminism, likes to smoke (sometimes too much;), works in political education and is studying ethnology in Göttingen.
Above all, Coco is very greedy and super cuddly. She actually likes everyone and is usually very quiet.

Avi (20) lives in the other room and also loves to sing, dance, fool around and have nice conversations.
She comes from France and currently only speaks French and English. She is in the process of learning German, but is not quite there yet!
Avi studies contemporary dance in Kassel during the week.

We want a cozy, familiar atmosphere in which we can understand each other, think together, but also leave each other alone.

With lots of exchange, lightness, queer feminism too, of course...
