Hello guys,
As my flatmate is moving out, I´m looking for a new one from 1st of April.
The room is around 11m² big and has 2 windows. The bed can be bought from my current flatmate.
The whole apartment is ~70m² big, has a nice balcony, is fully furnished and has everything you need, even a dishwasher :) There is also a washing machine and a dryer in the basement.
There is a bus stop in front of the door (bus 72), tram and train stops are also very close (trams 13, 17, 5; S4). It takes 10 minutes walking to get to Bahnhof Enge or to Sihlcity, to the lake it´s around 20 minutes and to the recreation area 5 minutes (if you like going for a run or cycling).
I am 28 years old, come from Germany and am working in IT. I like cooking (preferably for others), love travelling, go to the gym and just started to learn French.
You should be a nice, open-minded, uncomplicated person, looking forward to have dinner, a glass of wine or beer, or watch a movie together once in a while. As I´m not sure yet how long I will stay here (in the apartment/in Zürich) I would like you to become the main tenant.
