Hi There,
if you are looking for a fun and top quality place to live in, clean, with lots of comfort, space, freedom and with an easy going, open minded, German and English flat mate, this is for you ;)
You will have your own large and bright room and own bathroom with shower in a super nice and modern flat. Living room, balcony and kitchen are shared. Your room is furnished with a wardrobe, leather Sofa and bed. This can be changed to your liking. A cleaning lady comes regularly to clean. You will also have your own, separate and modern fridge with freezer in the kitchen.
The flat has 4.5 rooms, 118qm. You will be sharing it with me. I won’t take in a third person. WLAN is included +free. Washing machine and tumbler in the laundry can be used for free.
Connections to the city centre are very good (15-20 min. to HB Zurich, Stadelhofen, etc.). Glattzentrum (shopping centre) is in walking distance, as is postal office, pharmacy and super market. You have TRAM 7 and S-Bahn Stettbach, both, very close, which go to Zurich Main station. The living area is relaxed, neighboured by Oerlikon, Wallisellen and Dübendorf.
I'm German, originally from Berlin and live in Zurich since 14 years. I work in a large Bank and speak German and English. I like sports, dancing Salsa, going out, travelling, wine +dine and enjoying the sunny side of live.
We will fit best if you are an open minded and reasonably clean person. Man or Woman, ideally between 25 and 45y old. If you’d like to share a drink every here and then and have some fun activities together, even better!
