My name is Summer (Female, 21 years old). I'm doing research at the University of Applied Science and need temporary housing while I am there.
I will be there from May 15th until August 7th and I am willing to pay the rent in full for both partial months if I need to. Preferably someplace within walking distance to the university or close to public transportation since I wont have my vehicle with me.
I'm looking at around 500 as my price limit and would like to have a place with mixed gender or all female if possible (not all male).
Since I am only staying for a short period of time I would need a furnished place or at least partially (bed, closet).
I am animal friendly and don't have a preference about smoking.
